New Rules 2017
1) All inshore fish weighed for monthly derbies must be weighed at Suffolk Marine Center during our regular business hours Tuesday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am -3:00 pm. Derby Fish can be weighed in at Bergen Bay Docks on Saturday after 3:00 pm, Sundays and Mondays when Suffolk Marine is closed. You MUST take a clear picture of you next to the scale with weight, date and time you weighed the fish in. The weigh in slip must be stamped and signed/printed with a legible name of the weigh master. If you do not have this information your fish will NOT count for the derby. No exceptions!!!!
2) All offshore fish being weighed must come from a boat leaving/returning a NY port.

2) Children over the age of 16 must apply for adult membership
3) Weigh Slips from sanctioned tournaments will be permitted to be turned in.

Rules and Boundaries
1) All inshore fish must be caught with-in the club boundaries. See Boundary map below
2) All fish must be weighed at a Club approved weigh stations.
3) All weigh slips must be turned in with-in 2 weeks from date of catch.
4) All weigh slips for monthly derbies must be in by the last day of the month or with-in 2 weeks of being caught no exceptions!
5) Club is currently closed for new members. Applications will be taken, held rand reviewed until a spot becomes available.
6) Derby Fish must have a photo....email all photos to [email protected]
7) All membership dues must be paid in full by March meeting or your spot could be released for a new member.
8) All fish will be examined by the weigh master any weight alteration will disqualify the fish. All fish must be presented for weighing in good condition.
Decision of the weigh master is FINAL!
