Our next meeting will be on Wednesday February 5th 7:30 pm at Miller's Ale house in Deer Park. Our guest speaker will be
Wayne Horsley the county Legislator. He will be speaking about saving the Great South Bay and also the proposed inlet at Gilgo.

We made a few changes to the derby categories for 2025. There will be 3 different fish categories for each month's derby.
ONLY FIRST place winners for each derby fish will receive a $100.00 gift card. We no longer have a 2nd and 3rd place. All fish weighed in will count for the end of the year totals. All fish must be weighed in within 24 hours of catching them!! All fish MUST 
be weighed in at Suffolk Marine during our regular business hours Tuesday - Friday 9:00am -5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
Only after hours derby fish can be weighed in at Bergan Bay Docks. If you weigh in at Bergan Bay Docks you must have
the following:
1. A clear picture of you with the fish on the scale, weight and date you weighed it in
2. A stamped weigh in slip from Bergan Bay Docks and a clear/printed name of the weigh master
3. If you DO NOT have all of this information your fish will NOT count for the derby!!!
All winners and prizes will be announced at the following monthly meeting.
If no fish were weighed in for that month derby  we will raffle off the the prize at the meeting
